At Catexel, sustainability is more than a commitment. It is an integral part of how we create long-term value. Guided by our three strategic pillars, People, Planet and Performance, we continue to strengthen responsible business practices across our operations, products and value chain.
People Our people are at the heart of sustainable business. In 2025, employees completed an average of 15.4 hours of training, supporting professional development, workplace safety and a culture of continuous improvement.
Planet Catexel continues to advance its environmental performance through improved resource efficiency, emissions management and circularity initiatives. In 2025, we further enhanced the accuracy of our greenhouse gas accounting across Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, in line with the GHG Protocol. Compared with the 2022 baseline, we achieved a 9.7% reduction in our Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and in 2025 Catexel avoided 347 tonnes of CO₂ emissions through energy-saving measures at our Wiesbaden site. Additional progress was driven by energy efficiency projects, improved supplier-specific carbon footprint data and recycling initiatives that recovered valuable materials for reuse.
Performance Strong performance means delivering value responsibly for the customer. In 2025, Catexel expanded its portfolio with innovative solutions, including WeylClean® PLN 260 and WeylClean® FDO PP2, enabling customers to improve sustainability by reducing washing time and temperature while maintaining high performance.
