Where we are coming from
Experience built over decades
Experience built over decades
The Catexel name represents a young brand with a long industrial heritage. Our expertise is rooted in established businesses, proven technologies and production sites with decades of experience in cleaning chemistry.
Our US operations originated more than four decades ago as part of Rütgers Organics Corporation.
Production in Wiesbaden began in the 1990s under Hoechst AG, while optical brighteners have been produced at our Swiss site since the 1950s.
